As a writer and Certified Usability Analyst, I work with clients to develop new content or revise content with the goal of improving the content for SEO. I also ensure that the content reflects the tone and voice of the brand and speaks to the users. I work closely with trusted developers and designers to build out new sites or redesign sites, not only for aesthetics and SEO purposes, but also for navigation for an improved user experience.
Brasuell Law Firm
I was hired to redesign the Brasuell Law Firm website. I worked with a designer to create a new logo, color scheme, and design. Jason Miller was the developer, tasked with making the designer’s vision come to life. I rewrote copy, wrote new copy, and worked on improving the navigation of the site.
ESAC
For this particular project, the company – ESAC – had hired a designer who came to me to assist with navigation changes and improved copy and headings. I worked closely with stakeholders to understand the various audiences and how they used the website. Ultimately, they used their in-house developers, so the design changed, but they did use the copy and navigation I provided.
Smiley Technologies
I was hired to assist with reworking Smiley Technologies’ website content and navigation. Jason was the lead developer, and we used a designer to help create a new vision for the site. We worked closely with stakeholders and an in-house developer to bring the new site to fruition.
OneApp Guarantee
For this particular project, I was hired by OneApp Guarantee to assist with rewriting and writing web copy. I worked closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the messaging was on brand and spoke to the new audience as they were shifting the direction of how the website would be used.
